Learn how the breath, gentle movement, meditation, and deep relaxation can bring compassionate awareness and some ease to the stiffness, reduced mobility, and even isolation that arthritis and chronic pain can cause. Practices will be introduced that will enable you to release the deepest healing and restorative powers of the body and mind throughout your normal daily and nightly routines.
